Diatonic scales are most commonly used for music improvisation and composition.
PentaTonic, or 5 note scales are the 2nd most commonly used, mainly for all forms of jazz improvisation.
Chromatic means colourful. Our Chromatix scales contain 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 note scales and their alterations. These make up endless chord rotations (progressions)
